Sturdy adjustable chrome finished banner stand extends from 36"-96".  Accepts hemmed banners on one or both sides.  Comes with 4 each 2 1/1" dowels for mounting banners.  No need to notch banners.  24" unit has 12" base, 36" unit has 16" base.
